Background
Bled Adventures is a sport tourism agency from Slovenia, which offers various activities including canyoning, rafting, climbing, biking and SUP-ing. Despite their great reputation among Slovenian agencies, Bled Adventures wanted to enhance their online presence to attract even more clients searching for their services. Our job was to increase their positions in the local organic and 3 pack search results to drive more traffic to their Google Business Profile and website.
Main keywords
Before we started with the Google Business Profile and website optimisation process we researched the different variations of local keywords that match with their services. We compared their search volumes and grouped them into primary and secondary keywords. After we sat down with the clients getting to know their margins on each service, we decided to rank their homepage for the primary keywords (Canyoning Bled) and to rank separate inner pages for secondary keywords (rafting, climbing, biking etc).
We agreed to target 5 main keywords with both, the clients GBP and their website. The goal was to reach the top 3 spots in the local 3 pack and to rank among the top 3 results in the local organic rankings.

After 14 days we first saw their Google Business Profile increase for all of their main keywords. The main 3 keywords gained 13 spots on average and all of them hit the top spots in the local 3 pack.
